  • No Discrimination or Workplace Harassment.

  • Medical and eye exams are paid for.

  • Bereavement leave with pay.

  • License fees are paid for.

  • Safe working conditions and the right to refuse unsafe work.

  • Overtime after a forty hour workweek.

  • Guaranteed pay for all hours worked.

  • Payment for cancelled runs because of weather.

  • Guaranteed pay for Call-outs.

  • Charters assigned by seniority.

  • Meal allowances for Charters and overnight stays.

  • Seniority for bidding, layoffs, recalls, work preference and job security.

  • Grievance and Arbitration Procedure.

  • Union Agents will have access to the yards and shops.

  • Company recognizes the Union as employee’s representatives.

  • Joint Labour Management meetings.
