Hired in 2007 Bob came to Local 987 with a long track record in the trade union movement. Prior to joining Local 987 Bob was employed by Purolator Courier and was elected a Shop Steward, a position he held for 5 years prior to joining Local 987. Bob spends his time explaining the certification process to interested employees, conducting information meetings for new members, preparing cases for certification and unfair labour practice hearings.
